2.1 Original and Authentic Content
PixallPop is a platform for original creative work. All content you upload must be:
- Created by you: You must be the original creator or have explicit rights to use and share the content
- Properly attributed: If your work incorporates elements from others (with permission), provide appropriate credit
- Authentic: Do not misrepresent AI-generated content as traditional photography or hand-made artwork without disclosure
- Unmanipulated for deception: While creative editing is encouraged, do not create misleading content designed to deceive
2.2 Content We Welcome
We celebrate diverse forms of visual creativity, including but not limited to:
- Photography: All genres including landscape, portrait, street, wildlife, macro, abstract, documentary, and fine art
- Digital Art: Original digital illustrations, compositions, and manipulations
- Mixed Media: Creative works combining photography with digital elements
- AI-Assisted Art: AI-generated or AI-enhanced images with transparent disclosure
- Vector Graphics: Original vector illustrations and designs
2.3 Content Quality Standards
While we welcome creators of all skill levels, we encourage:
- High-resolution images (recommended minimum 2000px on longest edge for general posts)
- Properly exposed and focused images
- Thoughtful composition and creative intent
- Clear, descriptive captions that enhance understanding
- Appropriate categorization and tagging
3. Prohibited Content
The following types of content are strictly prohibited on PixallPop. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.
3.1 Intellectual Property Violations
- Copyright infringement: Uploading content you did not create or do not have rights to use
- Trademark violations: Unauthorized use of protected logos, brand imagery, or trade dress
- Counterfeit goods: Images promoting or selling counterfeit products

Artistic Exception: Classic fine art nudes in the tradition of artistic expression may be permitted with proper context, maturity gates, and absence of sexual content. Such content requires manual review and approval.
3.3 Violence and Harmful Content
- Graphic violence: Images depicting gore, severe injuries, or death
- Animal cruelty: Content depicting abuse, harm, or cruelty to animals
- Threats: Content threatening violence against individuals or groups
- Self-harm: Content promoting, glorifying, or providing instructions for self-harm or suicide
- Dangerous activities: Content encouraging dangerous or illegal activities
3.4 Hate Speech and Discrimination
- Hate speech: Content attacking individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, disability, or serious disease
- Dehumanization: Content comparing individuals or groups to animals, objects, or subhumans
- Slurs and symbols: Use of slurs, hate symbols, or imagery associated with hate groups
- Holocaust denial: Content denying or distorting the Holocaust or other documented genocides

- Doxxing: Sharing private information (address, phone number, workplace) without consent

- Bots and automation: Automated systems for posting or engagement without authorization

4. Poster Sales Requirements
Content eligible for poster sales through our monetization program must meet additional standards to ensure quality and legal compliance.

5. AI-Generated Content Policy
